Adjustments to workers comp benefits from 1 July

The latest indexed adjustments to workers compensation benefits are now available and took effect from 1 July 2019.


The adjustments were notified in the Workers Compensation (Indexation) Amendment Order 2019, which was notified and published on the NSW Legislation website.



SIRA has also updated its Workers compensation benefits guide July 2019 for the information of all stakeholders, such as insurers, workers and employers.
