Terms & Conditions of our Refer a Friend program


  • The Candidate must be placed in a permanent employment position by Zenergy and remain in said employment for a minimum period of three (3) months.
  • OR; The Candidate must be placed in a temporary, contract or labour-hire employment position by Zenergy and remain in said employment for a minimum period of one (1) month.
  • All Client fees must be received by Zenergy Recruitment prior to any reward being offered.
  • The “Refer a Friend” referral scheme excludes candidates who are currently registered, or have previously been registered, with Zenergy Recruitment.
  • The person making the referral must have permission to share the contact details of the person they are referring.
  • Zenergy reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of referral amount as it sees fit.
  • All information regarding referrals and the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential between the applicant and Zenergy.
