Position
As the Workers Compensation Specialist, you will be involved in managing an end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims, including complex and litigated matters providing empathetic, one-on-one support to injured employees throughout the full claims lifecycle strategic. You will be responsible for liaising with employees as well as insurance providers, legal and internal stakeholders, taking a holistic approach to provide sustainable outcomes.
Working within a national team, the ideal candidate would have legislation knowledge across different states and be an expert in providing advice and continuous improvement across claims, RTW, health and wellbeing.

Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end claims management
- Strong working knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation (multi-state experience advantageous)
- Empathetic, customer-focused approach with a genuine care for injured workers
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence managers and engage with regulators and legal providers
- Sound technical capability across claims/injury management systems, payroll systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively within a national, growing in-house claims team
