The Role
The Workers Compensation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of workers compensation across the business for ANZ, working closely with the Health and Safety team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workers compensation claims and return-to-work programs, supported by a 3rd party claims management company. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills will be required to engage internally and externally, working closely with insurers, medical professionals and regulators.
Working closely with branch managers across 200+ branches in ANZ, this role will ensure compliance with workers compensation legislation across each state and jurisdiction.
This role will see you working closely with leaders to educate on best practice injury management and develop injury management strategies throughout the business.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in WHS, rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Experience working nationally across all states within Workers Compensation is essential for this role.
- 3-5 years working in workers compensation or injury management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative approach and a passion for working with people
