Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management support through the early intervention program, with a focus on psychosocial wellbeing.
- Coordinate the organisation’s skin check program, including liaising with procurement to establish and manage relevant supplier contracts.
- Follow up workplace incidents with relevant managers and support timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in the delivery of internal WHS training initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the WHS Committee, facilitating engagement and communication.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the site inspection program.
- Provide general WHS support and undertake additional tasks as required to meet team objectives.
- 3+ years of experience managing claims within Workers Compensation
- Demonstrated experience in injury management and return-to-work coordination.
- Exposure to wellbeing program management, including psychosocial risk or early intervention programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor coordination is advantageous.
