Position
You will be responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety, facilities management, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives across multiple sites. This position ensures compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards, including GMP and ISO, while driving continuous improvement in safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety, required or equivalent.
- Ideal WHS experience in logistics, FMCG or warehouse environments.
- Proven experience in WHS and facilities management with the ability to implement health, safety and sustainability initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Develop and implement national WHS plans and risk assessments.
- Oversee facilities maintenance, upgrades, and contractor management.
- Ideally lead ESG reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO standards, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
- Conduct audits and implement policies and procedures to align with compliance and legislations.
- Collaborate with site teams to meet safety, operational, and environmental targets.
- Support training, SOP development, and staff supervision.
