WHS Site Manager

About You
To be successful in this position you must demonstrate an understanding or possess:
· A thorough understanding of Australian WHS legislative.
· Completion of risk assessments related to WHS hazards.
· Develop local site WHS procedures and processes
· Measure sites’ performance against published requirements in safety policies and identify a plan for the site to implement and fix all identified deficiencies.
· Deliver on-time and quality projects to Operations.
· Analyse safety metrics and review incident weekly and monthly incident trends.
· Perform frequent site WHS audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site.
· Lead and mentor Safety Associates or H&S representatives in your assigned facility.
· Champion the site WHS committee.
