The Role
We are seeking an experienced WHS Manager to lead a team of safety advisors and provide expert health and safety guidance across the site. You will play a key role in driving safety performance, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert WHS support and guidance to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, regulations, and company standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust safety systems and procedures
- Lead incident investigations and reporting
- Deliver monthly WHS performance reporting
- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for non-compliance
- Oversee contractor safety and compliance
- Build strong relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders
You are an accomplished WHS Manager with demonstrated experience in a similar environment—ideally within warehousing, logistics, or industrial operations. You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety and bring strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive safety culture at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills will be critical to your success in this role.
