We’re supporting a leading educational institution seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Consultant to enhance and embed best-practice WHS systems, programs, and frameworks across their campuses.

This role is ideal for a safety professional who thrives on improving processes, building capability, and making a genuine impact in an organisation that shapes the future generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, develop, and implement WHS programs and management systems
• Partner with leaders and staff to strengthen safety culture
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites
• Support education-focused initiatives promoting wellbeing and safety

• Strong experience in WHS program and system development
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous exposure to education or large multi-site environments (advantageous)
• Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma minimum)
