About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and deploying the organisation’s quality strategy across a local business unit. This includes driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong quality culture across teams.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance systems, processes, and overall operational performance, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the quality management strategy aligned to business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on prevention and root cause analysis
- Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance and effectiveness
- Conduct and manage internal and external audit programs
- Analyse quality data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with operational and engineering teams to improve product and process quality
- Lead resolution of customer issues, ensuring sustainable corrective actions
- Promote a “zero defects” mindset across the business
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Influence and support leadership in driving quality-focused decision making
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within engineering, manufacturing, or technology environments
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across multiple business functions
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams
- Experience working with customer-focused quality processes and systems
