The Role
You will provide critical support in the development of a high-quality bid submission, with a strong focus on environmental management, sustainability, and compliance within the rail sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting the preparation of environmental content for the tender
- Developing clear, compelling, and compliant bid documentation
- Translating environmental and sustainability requirements into well-structured submissions
- Working closely with technical experts across environment, planning, and operations
- Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and client expectations
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in bid writing within infrastructure, ideally rail
- Strong knowledge of environmental management, sustainability, and compliance frameworks
- Experience contributing to large-scale infrastructure or transport tenders
- Ability to interpret technical environmental information and communicate it effectively
- Strong stakeholder engagement and deadline management skills
