The Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Group HSEQ Manager to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s HSEQ Management Plan across the project. You will collaborate with the project team, providing essential support and guidance aligned with the company’s corporate HSEQ objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and advise construction managers on HSEQ practices.
• Participate in external audits and support company accreditation processes.
• Cultivate strong relationship management practices across teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a safety-oriented culture to mitigate risks and avoid major incidents.
• Establish and measure HSEQ milestones and KPIs specific to the project.
• Continuously improve HSEQ performance throughout project phases.
• Train and coach staff on company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Investigate significant incidents, recommend solutions, and oversee corrective actions.
• Attend and contribute to safety leadership meetings.
