Position
The Senior HSE Advisor plays a key role in supporting senior leadership and operational teams to deliver on HSE strategy and business objectives. Working closely with project teams, this position is responsible for implementing and enhancing HSE systems, building capability across the organisation, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

This role will involve regular engagement with project environments, supporting the rollout of HSE frameworks, including assurance activities, contractor management, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HSE professional within construction, property, asset management, or a comparable high-risk industry
  • Relevant WHS qualifications (Advanced Diploma and/or tertiary qualifications preferred)
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment and White Card desirable
  • Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • ICAM Lead Investigator certification
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining Safety Management Systems
  • Strong experience delivering HSE training and engaging diverse stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to embed HSE practices across complex environments
  • Experience conducting audits, investigations, and safety observations
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high standards of professional conduct
