About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join the site-based project team on a major high-rise development in the Sydney metro area. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving safety performance, mentoring site teams, and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the company’s WHS management systems across site operations
• Provide hands-on safety leadership and support to site and project teams
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a proactive, safety-first culture
• Liaise with subcontractors, project management, and external stakeholders
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance documentation

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in WHS roles within building construction (high-rise or commercial essential)
• Diploma in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
• Solid knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and construction safety practices
• Proven ability to influence and mentor teams on-site
• Strong communication, investigation, and reporting skills
