About the Role
As Safety Lead, you'll take ownership of health and safety performance across a portfolio of active projects. You'll split your time between strategic planning and hands-on, on-the-ground delivery, leading a small safety team, engaging directly with clients on site, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level.

- Demonstrated ability to manage safety across multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on operational work
