Are you a passionate safety professional looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment? We’re seeking a proactive WHS Advisor to support our operations and drive safe behaviours across our distribution centres and transport network.

About the Role
As the WHS Advisor, you will be the key safety partner for our warehouse, transport and logistics teams. You will provide hands-on support across day-to-day safety activities while helping to shape a positive safety culture across multiple sites.

You will work closely with site leaders, supervisors, and frontline teams to ensure we meet our WHS obligations and maintain safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide WHS guidance, coaching and support to warehouse and transport teams
  • Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Assist with the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and safe work practices
  • Facilitate toolbox talks, safety training and safety engagement activities
  • Support injury management, return-to-work processes and workers compensation requirements
  • Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, codes of practice and industry standards
  • Support continuous improvement projects, safety campaigns and culture uplift initiatives
  • Maintain accurate WHS reporting and assist with audit preparation and corrective action tracking
About You
  • Experience in a WHS role within logistics, warehousing, transport, manufacturing or similar operational environment
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and practical application in high-volume operations
  • Hands-on, confident and approachable communicator able to build trust with frontline teams
  • Ability to influence leaders and drive safety ownership
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capability
  • Cert IV WHS (minimum), Diploma desirable
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills will be critical to your success in this role.
