The role - Safety Advisor
As the Safety Advisor on site you will work closely with the key operational stakeholders to ensure the business safety strategy is upheld across the site.
Role Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Coach the operations team
- Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Toolbox meetings
- Auditing
- Reporting
- Incident investigation
- Risk assessments
- Isolation experience
- High risk industry background - mining, oil & Gas, construction
- Hands on operational role
- Ability to lift the safety systems on site in line with business standards
You will come with strong Safety Advisor experience, including lockout/tagout procedures with in a high risk industry. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to support and influence the operations team on business safety standards.
