You will work closely with employees, leaders, treating practitioners and external providers to deliver best-practice injury management and RTW services in a supportive, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end injury management and return to work programs
- Develop, implement and monitor individual RTW plans
- Liaise with injured employees, line managers, treating doctors and rehabilitation providers
- Manage workers compensation claims in line with ReturnToWorkSA requirements
- Provide advice and coaching to leaders on injury management obligations
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve RTW outcomes and reduce lost time injuries
- Demonstrated experience in Return to Work, Injury Management or Workers Compensation, ideally within health, aged care or a related sector
- Strong knowledge of SA workers compensation legislation (ReturnToWorkSA)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confident working with sensitive matters and diverse employee groups
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Relevant qualification in injury management, allied health, WHS or HR (desirable)
