Position
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Systems Manager to lead and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system. In this critical role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality processes and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This position plays a key part in upholding the commitment to delivering high-quality products and services while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ideally in a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, audit techniques, and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to lead internal and external audits, including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Be able to manage documentation control and ensure all procedures, policies, and records are up to date and in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Must have excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills to identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 is highly desirable.
- Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Regular travel requirements across ANZ, however, can be based out of the site in Western Sydney with flexible working arrangements.
