We are partnering with a leading transport business who are seeking a proactive Injury Management Advisor to lead return-to-work (RTW) coordination and injury case management across operations, specialising in tail end and complex claims. This specialist role plays a key part in supporting injured employees and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end injury and RTW processes in line with legislative requirements
- Liaise with injured employees, medical providers, insurers, and internal teams
- Develop and monitor tailored RTW plans and conduct fitness-for-work assessments
- Lead incident investigations and support injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Provide data-driven reports on injury trends and claim performance
- Support a positive, safe, and compliant workplace culture
- Certificate in RTW Coordination or relevant allied health qualification (desirable)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in injury management or workers compensation
- Strong knowledge of NSW (or national) workers compensation legislation
- Exceptional communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
- Empathetic, professional, and solution-focused approach
- Confident working independently with high attention to detail
- Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement
