We are partnering with a global logistics company for an experienced HSSE Business Partner for their NSW operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple sites, supporting both logistics and container park operations, and to contribute to integration projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strong, proactive safety professional capable of influencing operational leaders and embedding a positive safety culture across the business.

Role Requirements

Support HSSEQ compliance, site inspections, risk assessments, and assurance programs across NSW logistics and container park sites.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and coach teams in effective incident management.
Partner with site leadership to deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives.
Collaborate on integration of acquired businesses, standardising HSSE processes and systems.
Collect, analyse, and report HSSEQ data to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HSSE roles within logistics, transport, or warehousing environments.
Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental, and transport safety legislation, including Chain of Responsibility.
Experience supporting ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 28000 management systems (preferred).
Proven ability to influence operational leaders, challenge unsafe practices, and drive cultural change.
Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline; ICAM training desirable.
