The Role
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for maintaining strategic relationships across a portfolio of key clients, providing expert guidance, leading incident investigations, and collaborating closely with the HSEQ team to uphold and continuously improve health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key stakeholder engagement
- Reporting
- Auditing
- Incident investigation, risk assessment and prevention initiatives
- Leadership of wider HSEQ team
- Contractor Management
- Drive continual improvement
- Influence and collaborate with key partners across the contracts
You will be a tertiary qualified HSEQ professional with formal ICAM training, you will have the ability to display risk mitigation, auditing and reporting expertise. In addition, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with your team and the broader community, influence stakeholders and have a strategic mindset.
