The Role  
The HSEQ Manager is responsible for ensuring health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met across all projects. This role encompasses providing solutions for compliance, project support, risk management, and maintaining accreditation standards in a complex and dynamic environment.  

Role requirements:

• Lead safety and quality initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and major incident investigations.
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Lead and develop the HSEQ team, fostering a proactive and safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders to align HSEQ objectives.
• Provide expert advice and support on all project-related HSEQ matters.
• Lead investigations and implement strategies to drive continuous improvements in safety and quality performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance workforce safety awareness and competency.
