Position 
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join an innovative team and be responsible for continuous improvements across HSEQ systems, programs and initiatives. You will be required to build strong relationships with the operational team, continually drive change, deliver strategic objectives and influence stakeholders at all levels, driving positive safety outcomes and aligning to legislations and local standards.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, this HSEQ professional will bring experience influencing within a heavy industry environment, engaging with an operational workforce as well as senior stakeholder to drive cultural change.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety, required or equivalent
• Ideal experience in a Health and Safety role, within a manufacturing or engineering/workshop environment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to influence a proactive safety culture
• Ability to implement initiatives and systems to align standards across health, safety and quality.
• Experience managing return-to-work processes would be highly desirable.
