The Opportunity
As the HSE Manager , you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver safety strategy across a dynamic and growing portfolio. You’ll lead a small team of Advisors, provide trusted advice at both site and leadership levels, and help embed a strong, risk-based safety culture across the business.
This is a role for someone seasoned, influential, and hands-on — equally comfortable in the boardroom or on site.

About You You’re an experienced construction safety leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You know how to manage up, engage senior stakeholders, and bring clarity to complexity. You value people, culture, and doing things properly. You’ll have autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing business backed by solid leadership and long-term projects.

• Proven HSE leadership experience within construction or high-rise environments
• Strength in both strategic and operational delivery
• Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• A pragmatic, risk-based approach to safety
