This organisation delivers integrated solutions across asset management, maintenance, and technical services to a diverse portfolio of blue-chip clients spanning infrastructure, healthcare, aviation, energy, and government sectors.
The Opportunity
This is a unique hybrid HSEQ Manager / Auditor role, combining operational safety leadership with a strong focus on ISO auditing and compliance across a multi-site, trade-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the business is aligned to ISO standards ahead of upcoming audits, while also supporting frontline operations with practical, hands-on safety leadership.
HSEQ Leadership
- Provide practical safety advice across a portfolio of blue-chip clients
- Conduct site inspections and desktop audits
- Support incident investigations and reporting
- Review SWMS, procedures, and toolbox talks
- Act as a key point of contact for operational teams (including interstate support)
- Lead internal auditing programs across the business
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards and external accreditation requirements
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit preparation
- Monitor and track audit compliance across business units
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in HSEQ within trade-based or facilities environments
- Strong ISO auditing capability (Lead Auditor highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of compliance, risk, and governance frameworks
- Experience across blue-collar, multi-site operations (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire services)
- Ability to balance operational safety with strategic compliance
