Join a cutting-edge construction project in the heart of Sydney. This high-profile project involves complex construction methodologies, innovative materials, and ambitious environmental targets.

As the HSE Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safety across the site—focusing on equipment checks, inspections, audits and mentoring site teams to uphold best practice standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am until 4pm, and may include occasional Saturdays. Duties are fully on-site.

About You:
You’re an experienced HSE professional with a solid background in construction safety, particularly across built construction and steel work. You’re confident working at heights and have a strong understanding of compliance and site safety practices in complex construction environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting site audits and inspections
• Ensuring compliance of all equipment and PPE
• Providing WHS training and mentoring to site teams
• Reporting and collaborating with site and project management

• Demonstrated experience in steel and built construction
• Proven capability working at heights (tickets highly regarded)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Relevant WHS qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of legislation
