The Role
Reporting to the Head of HSE, the HSE Business Partner will be based in the head office and play a pivotal role in shaping the way the organisation manages HSE across its operations. This is not a governance or checklist-driven position – it’s about leading system improvements, driving cultural initiatives, influencing senior leadership and ensuring that HSE adds real value to the business. You’ll be bringing clarity, structure and strategy to how systems are managed and risk is controlled.
You focus on reviewing group-level systems and processes, strengthening reporting frameworks, and setting the direction for key cultural and safety initiatives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful improvement programs that directly impact commercial outcomes and risk management across the business.
About You
We’re seeking an HSE professional with 5–10 years’ experience. You’ll be systems-savvy, confident, and capable of engaging with executives and business leaders to influence strategy. Strong stakeholder skills, commercial acumen and the ability to deliver practical improvements are essential.
