Role
The HSEQ Audit and Reporting role is a critical role in the corporate HSEQ team and supports the Australian and NZ operations, teams, and departments.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of HSSE, this role is responsible for implementing and maintaining programs to ensure compliance with all HSE legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements. This includes coordinating and implementing national assurance and verification programs and managing and overseeing the continuous improvement of HSE management support systems and applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop a systematic approach to routine reporting on HSE Online management systems, including KPIs and compliance outcomes.
• Support all business units in maintaining certification with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Assist the National HSSE Team in achieving national strategic objectives, aligning activities with overarching goals.
• Conduct audits and verifications to ensure HSE management and support systems are effective and meet business needs.
• Administer HSE management systems, acting as the primary contact between service providers and Terminal stakeholders for system support and issues.
• Maintain compliance with business standards and legislative obligations through a structured audit and verification process.
• Coordinate the annual review and improvement of online induction and training programs to ensure they meet compliance and operational needs.
