About the role
This role is focused on document management and updates, rather than providing safety advice or technical safety expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple document updates in parallel across safety documentation.
- Make minor updates to documents, including role titles, templates, references and formatting.
- Consolidate and simplify documentation, including combining two documents into one where required.
- Ensure documentation remains consistent, accurate and aligned with templates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to confirm updates and maintain version control.
- Maintain organised document libraries and update tracking.
You are someone who enjoys working with documents, systems and detail, and who can efficiently manage multiple updates without losing track of priorities.
You will demonstrate:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work agilely across multiple document updates
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination
- A structured approach to document control and version management
- Exposure to SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Some exposure to safety or rail environments
- Understanding of instructional design or structured documentation
