The Role
- Provide day-to-day HSE support across multiple construction projects
- Asist with internal audit programme
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training
- Monitor and report on the safety performance of all projects, project staff and subcontractors
- Support project teams to meet legislative and client HSE requirements
- Proven experience in an HSE Advisor role within construction (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and construction risk management
- Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS or equivalent
- Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders
