Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and maintain alignment with ISO standards.
- Support onboarding processes, including medicals and compliance checks.
- Manage licence and certification requirements, including asbestos-related compliance.
- Provide weekly HSE support for the workshop, including SWMS reviews.
- Assist in tender submissions by developing risk assessments and safety plans.
- Support workers’ compensation and incident management processes.
- Contribute to OFSC activities (advantageous).
- Develop system programs and management review presentations.
- Review safety alerts prior to national release.
- Create relevant toolbox and safety presentations.
- Maintain document control and HSE management system updates.
- Utilise DoneSafe (or similar) for reporting and workflows.
- Strong background in ISO, internal auditing and HSE systems.
- Confident advising, mentoring and supporting others within the team.
- Collaborative, communicative and organised.
- Able to work closely alongside a coordinator in the corporate office and guide system improvements.
- Sydney office (inner-city)
- 1–2 days WFH
