The Role

Step into a newly created WHS role where you will lead and develop WHS initiatives for the organisation. A focus of this role will be to support and recommend business safety requirements. Be responsible for ensuring safety management system (SMS) meets legislative requirements and supporting and implementing best practice principles.

The Health, Safety and Environment Advisor has responsibility and accountability for:

• Developing annual HSE plans aligned with the company’s strategic directions.
• Developing effective planning, monitoring and financial management across Health Safety and Environment.
• Engage with industry representative bodies and key stakeholders
