Zenergy is growing its contractor and consultant network across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Site Safety Consultants, Safety Auditors and Systems and Safety-in-Design specialists with 3+ years' experience: partner with Australia's HSE specialists and work with Tier 1 clients from ASX-listed to multinational companies.
The opportunity
Our clients are some of Australia's largest employers: Tier 1 contractors, rail and infrastructure operators, national logistics businesses, manufacturers and ASX-listed corporates. They come to Zenergy when they need safety professionals who can walk on site, understand the risk profile and deliver from day one.
We currently have, and expect to keep having, assignments for:
- Site Safety Consultants- own all aspects of site-based safety: inductions, risk assessments, SWMS review, contractor management, incident response and investigation, toolbox talks and client reporting
- Safety Auditors- plan and deliver contractor, site and management-system audits, write findings that stand up to scrutiny and support corrective action
- Systems and Safety-in-Design specialists- develop, review and embed safety management systems, procedures and design risk processes aligned to ISO 45001 and client requirements
- 3+ years in health and safety, with site-based experience
- Cert IV, Diploma or Degree in WHS/OHS or related; lead auditor training highly regarded
- Auditing experience against ISO 45001, client frameworks or regulatory requirements
- Able to get up to speed quickly and manage safety independently on a new site
- Excellent report writing and written communication
- White Card, driver's licence and full Australian working rights
- Secure, back-to-back work from a specialist Contract & Interim team
- Assignments from 6 weeks to 12 months with global and leading local employers
- Paid fortnightly
- $600-$1,000 + super per day, depending on assignment and experience
- A recruiter who speaks safety - we have placed HSE professionals for 20 years and run some of Australia's largest HSE recruitment programs
