About the Role
This is a hands-on, operationally embedded role partnering with leaders to strengthen work health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes across a defined business area. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing practical guidance, coaching, and support to ensure risks are effectively managed and incidents are responded to with care, compliance, and continuous improvement in mind.
You’ll work closely with operational teams, building capability and driving a proactive safety culture rather than a reactive compliance approach.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in WHS and experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and practical application
- Proven ability to lead or support incident investigations
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Strong organisational and prioritisation capability
