Role requirements
- Partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed best practice health, safety, environment and wellbeing behaviours.
- Identify, assess and manage risks while ensuring compliance with relevant WHS legislation and organisational frameworks.
- Support incident investigations, audits and emergency preparedness, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Deliver and coordinate training, toolbox talks and wellbeing initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Monitor performance, reporting, digital safety systems and continuous improvement programs.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Health and Safety or HSE advisory role within a dynamic operational environment.
- Minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety, with further study or tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence behavioural and cultural change.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance, incident investigation and safety systems.
- Exposure to freight, logistics, transport or similar high-risk industries is desirable.
