Role
As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will provide support across both coprporate and operational environments, partnering with leaders, project teams and field based staff to embed effective risk management and safety practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HSE professional with a few years of experience looking to take that next step in their safety career.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home but the candidate must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to conduct site visits when required - Sydney based.

Requirements
  • Minimum Cert IV in WHS; Degree in HSE or equivalent is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation.
  • Ideal experience supporting incident investigations, contractor management, risk assessments, documentation and reporting while improving systems, policies and procedures.
  • Exposure to working at heights and field-based operations.
  • Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills and be confident engaging with senior stakeholders across a white and a blue-collar workforce.
  • Ideally bring a practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
  • Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, construction, energy or field-based operations is advantageous.
