The Role
You will provide critical support in the development of a competitive bid submission, with a strong focus on rail safety and WHS components. This will include:
- Leading and supporting the preparation of bid content for the tender
- Developing high-quality, compliant, and compelling written submissions
- Translating technical rail safety and operational requirements into clear documentation
- Collaborating with SMEs across safety, operations, and engineering teams
- Ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
- Proven experience in bid writing within the rail sector
- Strong understanding of rail safety systems and WHS frameworks
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or transport tenders
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple inputs and work to tight deadlines
