At Zenergy, Tom is our Leader in the Engineering & Resources division, with a focus in NSW, QLD & ACT.
Tom is well-networked and has over 20 years recruiting experience in the Engineering & Resources and Health & Life Science industries. He has enjoyed serving markets in the UK, Europe, US and for the last 15 years locally here in the ANZ region.
A large portion of Tom’s recruitment career has gravitated towards executing assignments within Clinical Safety, Continuous Improvement, HSEQ, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Governance and C-Suite. This has been on a search, contract and retained basis, including the leadership of recruitment teams. From hands on critical mass hiring, through to scale up project team builds and the more sensitive nuances of executive search.
His working ethos day-to-day comes from a natural passion for people, stemming back to the simple mantra of ‘treat others how one would wish to be treated’. Valuing a consultative, genuine, caring and proactive approach, he strives to identify and work to the essence of individual need and ultimately long-term healthy outcomes for the company.
