As the SH&W Partner , you will work closely with operational leaders to uplift safety capability, influence behavioural safety, and support the delivery of an integrated safety management system across a complex, evolving landscape.
The Opportunity This position plays a key role in embedding safety processes, programs and initiatives that strengthen culture and reduce risk. You’ll partner with teams across fulfilment and operations to support day-to-day SH&W activities, continuous improvement and the development of practical, people-centred safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical safety advice and promote safe workplace behaviours
- Support compliance with relevant legislation, standards and internal frameworks
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the integrated safety management system
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance for new and evolving operational processes
- Shape and support safety learning and capability-building initiatives
- Embed safety considerations into operational decisions and project planning
- Partner with leaders to drive practical, effective safety improvements
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Apply sound judgement based on evidence, data and best practice
- Lead investigations for significant incidents and support broader assurance activities
- Participate in cross-functional squads and improvement forums as required
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in WHS / SH&W roles
- Strong understanding of core operational safety risks (plant & equipment, vehicle interactions, DGs, contractor safety, manual handling, etc.)
- Confident in partnering with operational teams and influencing behavioural outcomes
- Skilled in risk assessments, investigations and continuous improvement
- Experience with auditing and assurance programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or similarly fast-paced environments
- Safety qualification or equivalent capability
